The Opportunity

The Benefits Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit programs and leave administration. You'll work closely with Human Resources, payroll, insurance carriers, and employees to maintain accurate enrollments, answer questions, and support ongoing compliance efforts.

• Maintain accurate benefits records within the HRIS platform and ensure timely processing of employee elections.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and payroll teams to resolve eligibility, billing, and coverage issues.
• Support leave administration processes including FMLA, CFRA, disability, and related compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High visibility with HR leadership and cross-functional departments.
• Collaborative culture that values employee support, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
