At Escuela, we offer a unique dining experience rooted in fresh, locally sourced ingredients, exceptional service, and a deep connection to place. We use regenerative and organic practices on our five-acre farm to source our ingredients for our food and beverage menus—a true farm to table experience. Set in a beautifully restored 100+ year old schoolhouse in the heart of Oak Hill, our restaurant honors the spirit of learning and community that once filled these walls.Â
Today, that legacy continues through true Texas hospitality. We invite our guests to have a table right at our farm to tell them stories about our land, our building, and the people behind each plate. Every team member helps carry this story forward, creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for our guests and community.Â
