- Controls Account Executive
- Detroit, MI
- Prior experience in a Controls Salesperson/Outside Sales role.
- Procuring new clients and attracting new business
- Experience with developing business in both construction and service operations
- Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
- Visit current customers and prospect new clients
- Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met
- Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
- Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects
