Summary:
Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as a Bartender at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and consistency
Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating preferences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the club's beverage program, including wine lists, spirits, and seasonal offerings
Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and stocked at all times
Handle member interactions with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of service etiquette
Accurately process orders and payments through the club's point-of-sale system
Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during all dining periods and events
Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all applicable laws and club policies
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown for events and daily service
Qualifications
Prior bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
