Summary

The Barback will provide friendly and excellent service to every guest as well as keep the bar area clean and stocked at all times.

• Assist bartenders with the function and efficiency of the restaurant and bar
• Assist with running food, drinks, clearing and cleaning tables
• Ensure proper inventory of liquors, glassware, napkins, straws and garnishes
• Remove trash and keep bar areas unobstructed, clean and organized
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
• Stock and refill ice
• Ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer
• Polish and stock glassware
• Prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed
• Perform opening and closing tasks as specified
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Nightlife experience preferred

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
