    Job Title: AWS Technical Architect Conversational AI / Self-Service Design (Contract)
    Location: Dallas, TX preferred. Remote candidates must be willing to travel to client office in Irving, TX 2 3 times per month.
    Role Overview:
    Client is seeking an AWS Technical Architect with dual expertise in cloud architecture and conversational design for self-service platforms. This is a client-facing contract role requiring immediate availability.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect and design scalable AWS-based solutions supporting self-service platforms
    • Design conversational flows and dialog architecture for self-service/chatbot experiences
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical and conversational design solutions
    • Lead technical decisions across AWS services (Lex, Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
    • Ensure architecture aligns with best practices for scalability, security, and performance
    Required Skills:
    • Strong hands-on experience as an AWS Technical Architect
    • Proven experience in conversational design for self-service platforms (chatbots/IVR/virtual assistants)
    • Deep knowledge of AWS services relevant to conversational AI (Amazon Lex, Connect, Polly, Lambda)
    • Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
    Certifications (Preferred):
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate)
    • AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (a plus)
    Other Requirements:
    • Immediate joiner only
    • Dallas-based candidates preferred
    • Non-Dallas candidates must commit to monthly travel (2 3 times) to client office in Irving, TX
