We are currently seeking an Aviation Sales & Customer Development Specialist to support a Part 145 MRO environment in Miami, FL. This role supports aviation sales, quoting, customer relationship development, and operational coordination within a fast-paced aviation services environment.
Summary
The Aviation Sales & Customer Development Specialist is responsible for supporting customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up on RFQs, and coordinating communications with aviation customers and internal operational teams. This role requires strong communication skills, aviation industry familiarity, and the ability to support sales and customer development initiatives in a professional aviation environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and follow up on RFQs through customer portals, email communications, and aviation marketplaces
Utilize aviation quoting platforms and marketplaces including ILS, PartsBase, The145, and similar systems
Support customer relationship development, account management, and daily customer communications
Assist with identifying and developing new sales opportunities and customer relationships
Coordinate with Operations, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams regarding customer requirements, lead times, and status updates
Maintain organized customer records, quotation tracking, and communication follow-up activities
Support business development initiatives, trade shows, conferences, networking events, and customer visits as required
Ensure professionalism, responsiveness, and strong customer support in all interactions
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve quoting efficiency, customer service, and operational coordination
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous aviation, aerospace, MRO, technical sales, quoting, or customer support experience required
Knowledge of FAA Part 145 operations and aviation terminology required
Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience with aviation quoting systems such as ILS, PartsBase, or The145 preferred.
