Experienced Tag & Title Clerk – Sheehy Toyota of Laurel
Sheehy Auto Stores, one of the nation's Top 30 privately held automotive dealer groups, is seeking an Experienced Tag & Title Clerk to join our busy Toyota dealership in Laurel. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations
- Prepare and maintain used vehicle trade jackets
- Monitor and follow up on titles in transit
- Work with banks, customers, and agencies to obtain lien releases and trade titles
- Process wholesale and auction title documentation
- Maintain tag receivable schedules and title compliance records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales teams as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive Tag & Title experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
