    Attorney Recruiting Coordinator, Miami


    A well-respected law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator in the Miami office.

    Essential Functions

    • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all candidate-related information throughout the attorney recruitment process
    • Discuss all lateral hiring needs and job openings with senior recruitment team members
    • Build and maintain knowledge of the firm’s services as well as key stakeholders and their individual practice areas
    • Oversee search firm fee agreements and completion via DocuSign
    • Post job descriptions on the firm’s website and other platforms as directed
    • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews across multiple offices
    • Greet candidates and manage on-site interview logistics
    • Collect and distribute interview feedback in a timely manner
    • Maintain recruiting databases and files (iManage or similar)
    • Support law student recruitment, including on-campus interviewing, callbacks, and offers
    • Coordinate law school events, networking receptions, and resume collections
    • Work with law school career services and candidates
    • Assist with recruiting events, vendor coordination, and logistics
    • Support the summer associate program (orientation, events, training, workflow coordination)
    • Participate in regional recruiting organizations
    • Manage interview-related travel and logistics
    • Process recruiting department invoices

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Knowledge of recruiting procedures
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to build relationships with firm leadership
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift as needed
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong discretion with confidential information
    • Client-service mindset
    • Proactive and able to prioritize urgency

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with an ATS (preferably viRecruit)
    • LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
    • Prolonged sitting and computer use
    • Occasional movement within the office
    • May lift up to 10 pounds
    • Occasional travel as needed
