    Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

    Job Description

    • Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4–6 litigation or trial attorneys and support staff
    • Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution
    • Participate in and guide trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations
    • Ensure consistent performance, accountability, and high-quality legal work across the team
    • Manage workflow, resources, and day-to-day operations for assigned cases
    • Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards
    • Serve as a hands-on litigation leader while developing future firm leaders

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school
    • Active Texas Bar license required
    • 5+ personal injury jury trials (plaintiff or defense)
    • Strong command of Texas personal injury law and litigation process
    • Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
    • Management experience is a plus, but not required
