Attorney – Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation and insurance defense practice. This is your opportunity to work on a variety of defense-focused matters while developing your litigation expertise in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including insurance defense matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and paralegals

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
