Position Summary
The Associate Specialist, Lease Administration & Regional Support is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of lease payments for approximately 100 properties, while also serving as a key support resource for regional offices. This role supports the administration of lease obligations using Tango and SAP, monitors key lease dates, and acts as a service partner to 10-15 regional offices to help execute Corporate Services initiatives. This position works closely with the Real Estate team and reports directly to the Director of Corporate Services.
