    Job purpose

    This position is with our quickly growing Interventional Pain Therapies division, which partners with top-tier clinicians to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. The ASR will be responsible for supporting regional sales goals, as well as national case coverage and sales support needs. They must have a go getter attitude, the ability to travel by plane and car, be able to work collaboratively and execute on sales goals with attention to detail. The ASR will report directly to their respective Regional Sales Director.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Assist region with sales goals to include, but not limited to, case coverage, facility and staff in-services, physician/APP/facility educational meetings, as well as help execute on important regional projects and initiatives to drive growth.

    • Regional and sometimes national case coverage, as needed
    • Grow business in targeted area of responsibility
    • Collaborate with sales management to establish regional/territory selling strategy and tactics
    • Responds to customer needs, requirements, and problems in accordance with company policy
    • Achieves quarterly sales goals provided by RSD
    • Develops relationships with surgeons and other appropriate contacts within target accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and monitoring the sales order process
    • Coordinates product shipments to ensure safe and timely arrival at facilities
    • Participates in sales meetings, trade shows, conventions, and other company and/or industry events as requested
    • Understands how to use analytics and technology to drive greater business decisions
    • Understands and addresses both business and scientific-oriented needs of HCP's by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs
    • Performs additional duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Team player who can accomplish results in a collaborative manner

    Self-starter with the ability to independently set and meet aggressive goals and objectives

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Specific knowledge of anatomy and general OR protocols. Spine and/or interventional pain experience is highly preferable

    Strong business and functional acumen

    Previous sales experience and/or medical device experience preferred

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

    Education: High school education required; college degree preferred

    Experience: Minimum of 1+ years business to business sales experience strongly preferred

    Strong track record of sales success and experience developing, implementing, executing, and measuring success

    Valid drivers license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
