Our client is a unique and highly specialized advisory firm that partners with a variety of Fortune 1000 companies across all different industries to help them through their most complex and routine business scenarios. Think of them as an extension of your corporate finance team assisting with everything from M&A support to IPO readiness to interim management.  They have offices in the Bay Area as well as Philly, DC, Boston, NYC and several other major markets.

The work is NOT Audit.  It’s more event/transaction driven with hours nowhere close to what you experienced during BUSY season.  I can promise a unique opportunity where you’ll have ownership of a variety of projects from start to finish with extremely impressive clients in different industries.  But most importantly a very lucrative compensation package!

Some of these projects include:

Mergers & Acquisitions / IPO Readiness / Financial Planning & Analysis / Carve-outs / Consolidations / Revenue Recognition  / System Implementations / SEC Reporting / Consolidations / Budget & Forecasting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Audit experience in Big4/Top10 CPA firm
• • This includes a minimum of 2-3 busy seasons
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, is preferred
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Excellent analytical skills including proficient in US GAAP
• Distinguished management and leadership skills, motivated by challenges and team work
