This role works under the guidance of experienced analysts to document business needs, analyze processes, and assist in ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable work for technical teams. The Associate BA contributes to both Agile (Sprint) and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle activities and helps ensure customers’ needs remain central throughout development and testing.Responsibilities:Support efforts to understand customer processes, pain points, and business needs by participating in discussions with stakeholders and technical teamsBuild foundational knowledge of business applications and organizational data management concepts to better support customer focused analysisAssist in identifying root causes of system issues by gathering information, reviewing documentation, and conducting basic process analysisHelp diagram current-state processes and proposed improvements using process flows, context diagrams, and data-flow diagrams under the direction of senior analystsContribute to documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on accuracy and claritySupport the decomposition of traditional requirements into Agile Epics, Features, and User Stories that clearly reflect user needsAssist in mapping user stories to technical design documents, ensuring clarity and alignment between business goals and technical specificationsHelp identify related user stories, dependencies, and priorities in collaboration with senior analysts and the Product OwnerSupport backlog refinement activities by maintaining well-organized user stories and requirements documentationParticipate in testing activities, including helping draft test objectives, test plans, and test casesExecute basic functional and regression tests and document results to support solution qualityHelp coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including capturing stakeholder feedback and communicating progress to project leadsRecommend and assist in implementing internal improvements to BA team processes, including creating or enhancing tools and workflows using Power Apps or Power Automate **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
