Manage Oregon and/or Washington workers’ compensation defense files from intake to resolution.
Draft precise legal documents, including opinion and medical concurrence letters.
Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and claims examiners.
Collaborate closely with partners, fellow associates, and dedicated support staff.
Licensure: J.D. and active Bar admission in Oregon or Washington (dual licensure is a plus).
Skills: Excellent legal writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
