Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on personal injury cases.
  • Represent clients in court, arguing motions, attending trial, and negotiating settlements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve cases efficiently and favorably for our clients.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure all case files, documentation, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of changes in law and legal practice.
  • Provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their understanding of complex legal issues and proceedings.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong track record in civil litigation and personal injury law.
  • Admitted to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience in representing clients in trial.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to provide legal counsel to Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Passionate about achieving justice for clients and dedicated to providing exceptional legal service.
