Job Details

Represent clients in government contracts litigation matters
Handle bid protests before relevant tribunals and agencies
Manage claims and contract performance disputes
Advise clients regarding terminations for default and convenience
Provide government contracts regulatory compliance counseling
Analyze and address False Claims Act issues
Advise on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) matters
Counsel clients regarding procurement integrity and ethics requirements
Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and memoranda
Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups as needed
Participate in client development and relationship management opportunities

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice law in California
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience with government contracts matters strongly preferred
Demonstrated legal research and writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong academic credentials
