The firm's work centers on product liability, automotive product liability, construction defect, premises liability, general civil litigation, and defective repair claims. Attorneys here carry real caseloads and take on meaningful responsibility early, working with clients who count on strong, steady counsel through every phase of a case. This company is expanding its defense team and is hiring for several attorney openings.

Job Details

Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located

A minimum of three years of defense side litigation experience

Experience in one or more of the following: product liability, automotive product liability, construction defect, premises liability, civil litigation, or defective repair

A demonstrated history of stability and longevity in prior roles

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage a full caseload independently while meeting deadlines

Commitment to working in the office five days a week
