This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on a broad range of civil litigation matters while developing your own client relationships and professional practice in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Assist in handling a variety of civil litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Manage discovery, including written discovery and deposition preparation.
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and client communications.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal service.
Participate in networking and business development activities to grow your practice.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Wisconsin Bar license or eligibility for admission.
5+ years of litigation experience preferred (judicial clerkship experience will be considered).
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Interest in building long-term client relationships and growing a litigation practice.
