    We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent Dallas-based law firm seeking a talented Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who thrive in dynamic, mission-driven environments and want to make a direct impact serving governmental clients.

    About the Role:
    You’ll join a collaborative team of fifteen attorneys and paralegals focused on representing governmental entities in the collection of delinquent government receivables, especially property tax matters. The work is high-volume and fast-paced, but well-supported by experienced leadership and a collegial culture.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including motion hearings, bench trials, depositions, discovery, and appellate work
    • Review properties set for monthly foreclosure sales
    • Respond to motions filed by opposing counsel or defendants
    • Work closely with the firm’s Administrative Attorney and Litigation Partners for mentorship, direction, and professional development

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • At least 5 years of general civil litigation experience (municipal or county prosecutor experience will also be considered)
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
