Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)

· At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferred documented success in court hearings and trials.

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

· Active Texas Bar license in good standing.

· Strong oral advocacy and exceptional legal writing skills.

· Ability to manage a full caseload with limited supervision.
