    Key Responsibilities:

    • \n
    • Assist with drafting, proofreading and formatting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • \n
    • Assist in trial preparation, including discovery and document review.
    • \n
    • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and potentially court appearances.
    • \n
    • Manage a caseload under the guidance of senior attorneys.
    • \n
    • Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development.
    • \n
    • Maintain organized case files and ensuring compliance with all legal and firm procedures.
    • \n
    \n

    Qualifications:

    • \n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
    • \n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • \n
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • \n
    • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
    • \n
    \n

    Requirements:

    • \n
    • J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
    • \n
    • Admission and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
    • \n
    • 1-5 years of relevant experience, including clerkships, internships, or practice experience.
    • \n
    \n
