Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with drafting, proofreading and formatting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- \n
- Assist in trial preparation, including discovery and document review.
- \n
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and potentially court appearances.
- \n
- Manage a caseload under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- \n
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development.
- \n
- Maintain organized case files and ensuring compliance with all legal and firm procedures.
- \n

Qualifications:

- \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- \n
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- \n
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
- \n
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
- \n
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
- \n
- Admission and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- \n
- 1-5 years of relevant experience, including clerkships, internships, or practice experience.
- \n
