Assistant to VP of Digital and Branding

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Buchwald is seeking an eager & motivated Assistant to join our Digital and Branding department. This opportunity is currently available in-person, in our Los Angeles office.

This is an entry-level position that requires initiative while learning on the job. Interest in becoming a digital and branding agent is essential.

This position will work closely with agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Digital and Branding department. Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
