Project Management Assistant

Support Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle from planning through closeout. Assist with project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities. Coordinate communication between clients, design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. Track project progress and help ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project information and workflows. Participate in on-site project meetings and coordinate project activities. Assist with contract administration, change management, and project delivery processes. Support multiple construction projects within the higher education sector.

The successful applicant will have 2-5 years of construction industry experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Experience supporting commercial, institutional, or higher education construction projects is required. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is necessary. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment is required. Strong tenure with previous employers and a reputation for teamwork and professionalism are highly valued. Must be able to commute daily to Cambridge, MA. Higher education project experience is highly preferred.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000. Annual Bonus: Approximately 10%. Health Benefits. 401(k) Match. 3 Weeks PTO. Company Social Events & Team Outings.
