Assistant Project Manager - Denver

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with multifamily construction projects in the general contracting industry. Provide regular updates and reports to senior project managers and other team members.

• Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses to maintain financial control.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior project managers and other team members.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues to maintain progress.
• Support procurement and logistics activities for project resources.
