Assistant Project Coordinator – Entry Level
Location: Hybrid – Remote with project site visits throughout Central Florida

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Assistant Project Coordinator.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to build a long-term career in construction, project management, or operations. You do not need years of experience — we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
You will work closely with our Project Managers to help keep projects organized and moving forward. This role includes site visits, vendor coordination, project updates, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination tasks
Conduct site visits and document project progress through photos, notes, and checklists
Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding scheduling and project updates
Help organize project files, estimates, and documentation
Track updates and tasks in Asana
Follow up with vendors and team members as needed
Assist with scheduling, communications, and general administrative support
Help identify and communicate project issues or delays
Support the team with miscellaneous operational tasks as projects move forward What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone proactive who follows through without needing constant supervision.
Valid driver’s license required
Experience
No extensive construction experience required
Construction, operations, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required
