    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Position:            Case Management Paralegal (Asbestos)

    Company:         Full service toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and catastrophic injury litigation firm with offices in Texas, California, and New York which practices in the areas of Mesothelioma/Asbestos litigation, other toxic exposures, products liability, general pharmaceutical, opioid litigation and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

     
    • 4+ years litigation experience from a medium to large-size firm in the paralegal field of plaintiffs’ personal injury and products liability litigation,required experience with mass torts.
    • Experience with ordering, summarizing, and breaking down medical/billing records for paid vs. incurred calculations;
    • Ability to negotiate lien reductions with providers and facilities to maximize recovery for clients;
    • Strong Organization, oral and written communication, and analytical skills;
    • Detail oriented, adherence to deadlines, ability to multi-task;
    • Ability to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced environment;

    • Must be able to type 40-50+ WPM
