Job: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant's main responsibility is to support the principal with both administrative and clerical duties as well as being a liaison between the school and parents/students. They will help resolve conflicts using the Matthew 18 principle. He or she must have experience working in high volume office areas. He or she must have the ability to meet all standards that apply to employees of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy and the job expectations as outlined below.
Responsibilities (40 hours/week):
o Friday Forecast.
o Campus Connection.
o Morning Memo.
o Additional announcements to families and staff (i.e., texts, Facebook posts, etc.).
o Messages from parents to students, teachers, and staff.
o Administer all school credit card purchases and complete the credit card statement monthly.
o Order all school Amazon items that are needed.
o Manage reimbursements.
o Track all school and individual staff's yearly budget.
o Facilitate House meetings with student leaders and House meetings with staff leaders.
o Ensure the RCA House Point App is functioning and assist teachers, administrators, and parents on accessing it.
o Lead organization of all big House events and assure small House events are taking place quarterly.
o Facilitate placement of all students and staff into their House.
o Review daily attendance and assuring correct data is entered into Veracross.
o Send daily attendance to all staff.
o Record requests off and find coverage for teachers or aides on an as-needed basis.
o Support in substitute interviews.
o Record feedback from teachers and aides regarding substitutes.
o Summer Homework.
o Yearly bible verses.
o Class and first day of school schedules.
o Armleder Guide (staff directory, parking spaces, Who's Who, etc.).
