Accounts Receivable Specialist – E-Commerce
Looking for an AR opportunity where you can take ownership of daily receivables while gaining exposure to both traditional and e-commerce customer accounts? This South Bend opportunity offers hands-on responsibility across invoicing, cash application, payment reconciliation, and customer platforms.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Process, review, and post daily customer invoices based on shipped orders.
Apply cash receipts, reconcile payments, and verify deposits against system activity.
Manage invoicing and remittance activity across traditional, retail, and e-commerce customer accounts.
Process larger payment batches and research payment or account discrepancies.
Respond to customer AR questions and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Previous accounts receivable experience, including invoicing and cash application.
Experience reconciling customer payments and researching discrepancies.
Comfortable working with customer portals, e-commerce platforms, or similar payment systems.
Ability to independently manage daily AR activity and transaction volume.
