The DGS Office of Information System Services (ISS) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Applications Portfolio Manager to support the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services (DCLS) by leading the strategic planning, delivery, and optimization of our technology application portfolio. This role is ideal for a collaborative IT leader who thrives in a mission driven environment and enjoys guiding teams, shaping technology strategy, and ensuring high-quality application services that support critical statewide laboratory operations.
About the Role
The Applications Portfolio Manager - DCLS provides leadership and oversight for all DCLS application and technology initiatives. This position ensures strategic alignment, prioritization, and coordinated execution across the full IT project portfolio while managing the lifecycle of essential laboratory applications.
Key Responsibilities
This position will be located in Richmond, Virginia and must report on-site. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule (telework up to 2 days/week) after successful completion of training period and approved telework agreement.
