We are hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for our apartment community Lodge at Hidden River in Tampa, FL.

As a Leasing Consultant, you''ll create an exceptional experience for prospective residents while driving leasing success. From conducting community tours and managing prospect follow-up to helping individuals find their next home, you''ll play a key role in achieving occupancy goals and contributing to the overall success of the community.

What We Offer

AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• Base pay of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour + competitive commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR''s sales process, including prompt prospect follow-up, scheduling appointments, and conducting community tours.
• Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to help prospects find their new home.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Support leasing efforts across AIR communities as needed.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the leasing journey.

What You Have

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours, including weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
