Role Summary
The AI Enablement Adoption & Communications Lead is responsible for driving the successful adoption, integration, and ongoing evolution of AIDO and AI @ Work across the organization. This role partners closely with lines of business (LOBs), technical teams, and stakeholders to turn AI capabilities into practical, repeatable, workflow-based solutions that improve productivity, quality, and business outcomes.
The role combines AI enablement, program and roadmap management, communications, community engagement, and content development. The successful candidate will make AI approachable and actionable by delivering targeted training, developing reusable resources and frameworks, coordinating AIDO communications and rollouts, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, progress, and upcoming capabilities.
