Role Summary
The Advisor, IT SAP Finance Solutions role is a business facing SAP support and delivery position focused on maintaining and enhancing critical finance systems. This individual serves as a key bridge between accounting, finance, and technical teams, ensuring system reliability and continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for day to day SAP support, troubleshooting, and enhancement delivery across finance related modules. The ideal candidate will monitor integrations, resolve production issues, and drive small to mid sized initiatives while maintaining strong communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Success in this role requires a balance of hands on SAP expertise, problem solving ability, and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues across audiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day to day SAP production support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end user assistance
• Monitor interfaces and batch jobs to identify and resolve integration failures and system disruptions
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent repeat problems
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements and bug fixes
• Support Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes including finance related integrations and workflows
• Manage small to medium projects including planning, testing, delivery, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate enhancement requests, testing cycles, and release activities across IT and business teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize SAP operations

Key Requirements
• Five or more years of SAP support, project delivery, or production support experience
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO and MM with exposure to finance and accounting processes
• Working knowledge of SAP integrations, interfaces, and batch job monitoring
• Experience troubleshooting SAP issues and supporting end users in a business facing environment
• Familiarity with ABAP concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
• SAP certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business users and technical teams
• Proven ability to build relationships, prioritize work, and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
