- Bachelor's Degree
- Any working experience with automated compensation planning (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
- Any working experience with compensation administration applications (e.g., MarketPay, Payfactors, Oracle, etc.)- Update market pricing for roles in assigned line of business for annual compensation planning, special projects and ad hoc requests
- Partner with compensation manager and/or lead compensation manager to provide recommendations to client groups on compensation issues such as job evaluation, FLSA exemption reviews, compensation analyses, total compensation review and related issues
- Prepare standard market analyses and other compensation-related reports for management presentations
- Assist in the design and costing of proposed wage progression structures, market-aligned pay ranges and bonus pay plans to support the total rewards strategy
- Coordinate across Compensation COE to provide enterprise-wide support to business partners throughout the nonexecutive compensation planning process in accordance with compensation guidelines
- Lead compensation survey process and complete compensation surveys based on established survey schedule; build survey library; ensure correct job matching and timely participation; coordinate with PayScale for MarketPay updates
- Oversee the compensation survey library and budget, including standing and new survey acquisition s for improving coverage of enterprise positions
- Generate associate data downloads and create spreadsheets to assist in the development of market analyses and other ad hoc reports
- Coordinate with and respond to requests from corporate and division managers related to market analyses, program design and other compensation-related information while following compensation guidelines, policies and contracts
- Work with division HR, Workforce Analytics and/or Kroger Technology to drive data integrity and/or human resource system changes
