What You’ll Do

CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd)

• Set up and run CNC lathes from first article to production
• Adjust tooling and offsets to achieve precise tolerances
• Read and interpret prints; verify with precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot variances and optimize cycle times

Compensation: $28.00–$40.00/hr

CNC Operator (1st & 2nd)

• Operate CNC milling and turning equipment per work instructions
• Load/unload parts and monitor production runs
• Conduct basic inspections and quality checks
• Leverage regular overtime to boost earnings

Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr + 10% night shift differential
