Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Camino Partners team and several affiliated non-profit entities. This role reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Founder and requires a proactive, quick-learning professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities will include managing and maintaining our contact records in our CRM system, supporting a variety of ongoing administrative functions, and managing ad hoc projects from conception through execution. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment when handling highly confidential corporate information, and contribute to thoughtful, well-executed experiences through exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective vendor coordination.
