The Administrative Practice Coordinator will support attorneys by managing administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting business development and marketing efforts and executing other complex tasks and projects. The Administrative Practice Coordinator collaborates closely with the practice group partners along with other Firm departments and business services professionals to ensure exceptional client service to ensure coverage later into the evening.

Description
- Performs various complex assignments under time-sensitive deadlines, such as coordinating travel (including visa and passport materials) and managing calendaring and scheduling requests.
- Enter attorney's time, expense reports and assit with paying vendor invoices.
- Organize and maintain legal documents and records.
- Triage high-volume inboxes - flagging time sensitive emails that require attention and providing Partner's with list of items that need to be actioned.
- Assist with drafting and editing correspondence and legal documents.
- Support the billing team with budget requets, status reports, and other billing related communications.
- Support in planning and coordinating team meetings and events.
Profile
A successful Administrative Practice Coordinator should have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a legal environment, paralegal experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to perform under time-sensitive, high pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work later hour shifts (12:00PM-8:00PM or 2:00PM-10:00PM)
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Job Offer
- Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 with strong overtime potential with 1.5 hourly rate compensation for overtime hours.
