Job Details

Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, executors, and family offices.
Lead complex Trust & Estate tax compliance and consulting engagements.
Provide advanced planning strategies involving:
Estate Tax Planning
Gift Tax Planning
Wealth Transfer Strategies
GRATs
IDGTs
SLATs
Charitable Planning
Business Succession Planning
Advise clients on fiduciary income tax matters and compliance requirements.
Review complex tax returns including:
Form 1041
Form 706
Form 709
Related fiduciary and estate tax filings
Interpret and apply federal, state, and local trust and estate tax laws.
Identify planning opportunities and proactively advise clients on tax-saving strategies.
Lead and expand the Trust & Estate practice through business development initiatives.
Participate in proposal development, networking, client presentations, and relationship building.
Collaborate with partners and other service lines to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting trusts and estates.
Mentor, coach, and develop managers and staff.
Oversee engagement planning, staffing, budgets, and project delivery.
Promote best practices and technical excellence across the practice.
Collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, family offices, and internal tax professionals to deliver integrated client solutions.
