Minimum Qualifications

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

As an Administrative Coordinator, youll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:

  • Greet troopers, visitors, and staff with kindness and professionalism
  • Check in all visitors, verify their information, and assist with completing any necessary paperwork
  • Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information about Fleet services
  • Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Support the Fleet team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment

Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.

Work Schedule: Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
