Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Process and log incoming checks
Log and balance daily postage expenses
Monitor and analyze USPS permit mail accounts
Receive packages and monitor business supplies
Provide backup for mailroom staff in processing outgoing and incoming mail as needed

Appointment Type: This vacancy may be filled as a Probation, Promotion, or Detail to Special Duty. Current classified permanent status employees may be required to accept a Probational Appointment.
