POSITION SUMMARY The Administrative Clerk is responsible for scheduling and requesting necessary continuances of preliminary hearings, as well as requesting stenos when needed. They are responsible for pulling the preliminary hearing files for the week as well as checking to make sure the preliminary hearing schedule is up to date and there have been no changes. They are responsible for making copies and distributing daily schedules to those that need it.
