Pay Rate: $25.00 per hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily operations at our Auburn, WA facility. This position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting office staff, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and plant personnel as needed.
  • Generate and distribute memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical duties.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and assigned work is completed accurately.
  • Support office operations by handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
