    Job Summary:

    The Senior Administrative Assistant provides expert-level administrative support and leadership to ensure seamless daily operations and drive organizational efficiency. Leveraging over 11 years of administrative experience, this role is responsible for complex scheduling, high-level meeting coordination, document preparation, and budget tracking while serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert administrative support across departments, ensuring operational efficiency.

    • Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical tasks.

    • Coordinate and organize high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, managing all logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.

    • Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.

    • Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and compile comprehensive reports to support executive decision-making.

    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Oversee budget management, expense tracking, and assist in financial reporting to ensure policy compliance.

    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing high-quality communication and interpersonal support.

    Qualifications:

    • 11+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives or in a leadership admin role.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Strong knowledge of organizational processes, document management, and calendar coordination.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality under pressure.

    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, with high ethical and professional standards.
