I. JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description Summary:
The Columbian College of Arts and Sciences (CCAS) is the intellectual and creative backbone of the university, a place where the arts, the humanities, the social sciences, and the natural sciences come together to form a nexus of ideas and opportunity. The Columbian College of Arts and Sciences (CCAS) seeks a highly skilled Administrative Associate to provide senior-level administrative and operational support to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and advance strategic undergraduate initiatives across the College. Serving as the primary administrative partner to the Associate Dean, this position manages complex scheduling, oversees office operations and budgets, coordinates high-profile events and meetings, and serves as a key resource for data analysis, communications, and project management. The Administrative Associate exercises sound judgment, works independently on a wide range of priorities, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and university leadership to support the successful execution of undergraduate academic programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
