    Description

    ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the federal program - Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in Washington, DC. We provide information security, enterprise architecture, software development and health IT solutions to federal government customers.Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret clearance.Work Location: Washington DC

    Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive administrative and personnel security support for ATF.Answer phones and manage correspondence, files, audits, and weekly/bi‑weekly counts.Review security packages, waiver packages, PSRs, and Position Designation Tools.Process e‑QIP cases including initiation, review, auditing, troubleshooting, and open‑source research.Conduct credit reports, Selective Service checks, licensing checks, state police checks, PIV checks, FBI fingerprinting and name checks, and TheWorkNumber checks.Query PIPS, request investigative files, perform IA checks, and complete initial risk assessments.Prepare polygraph packages and Federal Records Center (FRC) shipment files.Support Special Investigators and liaise with federal and state agencies.Send reminders to subjects and sponsors and process detailee personnel security requests.Train new employees and contractors; provide Life of a File training.Develop, maintain, and review SOPs; assign cases as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.
