Administrative Assistant [9921]
National nonprofit working in healthcare seeks a temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal calendars and coordinate schedules.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, transportation, and hotel stays.
- Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.
- Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
- Serve as the point of contact across various departments.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events through developing documents, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
- Handle room bookings, audio-visual requests, and catering.
- Greet and welcome visitors into office space.
- Scan, print, and copy pertinent documents.
- Remain up-to-date on new platforms and software used for scheduling and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Highly collaborating with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with exemplary judgement.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Asana, and Concur.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Rate: $22 an hour while temping.
Salary: $60,000 once permanent.
