Kinum, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer service, data entry, and working with financial transactions in a professional office environment.
The successful candidate will assist with incoming calls, payment processing, client account support, and general administrative functions while working within our CRM and collection management systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Processing and posting payments accurately
- Assisting with accounts receivable functions
- Maintaining account records within company systems
- Supporting client and consumer account inquiries
- Performing data entry and account updates
- Assisting with correspondence, filing, and administrative projects
- Supporting management with reporting and operational tasks
- Working within company CRM and collection software platforms
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Administrative, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to learn CRM and collection management software
- Professional telephone and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
