Description

Harbor is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Toledo team! This position provides administrative support to the Senior Administrative Assistant and others as assigned.

Position is full time, 40 hours per week. 

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Associates degree in business-related area or equivalent secretarial experience required.

Experience:

  • Must be able to type well, and be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Requires excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and relate well with a variety of individuals and maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Must present in a professional manner, be creative, self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be a team player.

Licensure and Certifications:   

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance policy to be deemed insurable with Harbor’s vehicle insurance carrier.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities: 

    1. Serves as administrative assistant to Executive Assistant as necessary and assistant to others as assigned.
    2. Maintains all corporate and administrative correspondence and files.
    3. Assists Executive Assistant to effectively and efficiently perform his/her duties. Activities include but are not limited to: ordering supplies, opening and handling mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining an electronic filing system, greeting guests, screening phone calls, developing documents and correspondence and planning and coordinating meetings/events.
    4. Schedules meetings as requested.
    5. Assist with maintaining record retention file for administration and non-clinical departments.
    6. Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies, and demonstrates continued growth.
