Job description:Wesleyan Honors Academy (WHA), Nebraska Wesleyan University's dual enrollment program, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant due to program growth. The administrative assistant works closely with the program director to process and manage student registration for dual enrollment courses and communicates regularly with parents, students, high school counselors, and dual enrollment instructions, primarily through email and phone calls. The WHA Administrative Assistant also aids in processing payments, planning and preparing for events, and assisting the program director in onboarding teachers. This position requires strong technology and communication skills, including the ability to deliver focused and personalized support to students, families, and school personnel.Required skills/knowledge:Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Outlook. Basic proficiency in Excel (data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, simple formulas) is expected.
